Meeting Site Checklist form
The Meeting Site Checklist form was developed by the Governor's Committee on Disability Issues and Employment (GCDE). It will help you to determine the accessibly of a potential meeting sites that you are evaluating based on new construction standards.
While older facilities may lack some of these items, please note that asterisked items are essential to meet accessibility requirements.
Complete a separate checklist for each facility you are considering. Some pages of the checklist will be used more than once; others may not be needed at all. Check off when an element meets the specifications.
Contact the building management to let know you will be evaluating the facility. Offer to provide a copy of your assessment, if they would like.
