Current Status

The project is currently conducting design development, the next phase of the architectural design process. Design development is scheduled to be conducted through December 2008.

At the end of design development, most of the building's program and layout will be complete.

  • Fall 2009 – State agencies that occupy the GA Building move out
  • April 2010 – GA Building is demolished
  • April 2010 – Officials break ground to begin construction
  • Summer 2012 – Construction substantially complete
  • Fall 2012 – Tenants begin moving into the facilities
