Washington State Agency Implementation Process
A standard implementation takes 30-60 days, based on program
needs and their responsiveness to U.S. Bank requirements.

- Submit Request to Participate form (RTP)

to U.S. Bank as instructed in your implementation email
sent by USBank at the beginning of your scheduled
transition. This form will help supplement
information about your program and will allow US Bank to
assign appropriate resources.

Agency |
- We encourage programs to submit RTP as early as
possible. However, please note that implementations will
occur according to Implementation Schedule (see WA ST
WSCA website).

U.S. Bank |
- Close to time of implementation a Project Manager
contacts agency to schedule implementation meeting.
- If your program is new and not a transfer from
existing provider you will be placed on implementation
schedule when RTP form is received.
- Conducts implementation meeting with agency
- US Bank will provide required documentation to be
completed by agency
- Discusses Access Online capabilities; agency
requirements
- Obtains Agency information to create AccessOnline
id/password
- Provides direction to program information on WA ST
Card program website
- Provide Access Online web based training passwords

- Forwards completed documentation to US Bank
- Reviews/Downloads program information from WA ST
Card Program website
- Schedules training for internal Program
Administrators, see training links at WA ST WSCA website
- Develops internal policies, procedures and training
- Completes Access Online web based training

U.S. Bank |
- Within 10 days of receipt of required documentation,
U.S. Bank will provide Access Online User ID and card
setup quick reference guide.

- Submits requests for new account set up via Access
Online.
- Cardholder activates card by calling the 800 number
on the activation sticker
