Cascades Gateway Center. The campus is conveniently located 10 minutes from the I-5
corridor at Sedro-Woolley. It provides facilities for a number of sensitive
training and treatment programs on 230 acres of park-like grounds at the
foot of the North Cascades range. Its setting provides privacy and
confidentiality to at-risk clients of state, local and federal agencies,
from a Job Corps Center to in-patient substance abuse programs.
The closed campus enjoys strong community support for its
86-year mission of providing treatment facilities. There are prime building sites
available with all utilities provided by central facilities. In addition, several
structurally sound historic buildings await renovation by tenants seeking a quiet idyllic
setting for their clients. If you are seeking a location for government-sponsored

Directions
Take I-5 north of Burlington to Exit 232
(Cook Road)
Turn right (east) on Cook Road; go
approximately 5 miles to Highway 20; turn left (east) on Highway 20.
Follow for about 2 miles; turn left (north)
on Fruitdale Road.
Go approximately 1 mile to the entrance of
NCGC on the right side of the road.
