We provide property management services in state-owned real estate located off the Capitol Campus in Olympia, and in privately leased space throughout the state. Our managers are real estate professionals with the knowledge and expertise to keep your workplace safe, healthy and operating efficiently. Our leases are 15 percent below comparable private rates.
