Surplus items are available to the general public through our retail store, auctions, special sales, or though eBay online auctions. 

Certain organizations (e.g. state and local government agencies, qualified non-profit organizations) can shop surplus at any time and may be eligible to purchase additional items.  Please see Surplus for qualified organizations for more information.

New days and hours of operation for the Surplus Retail Store

Starting May 1, 2008, the Surplus Programs Retail Store will be open as follows:

• Thursday, Noon to 3:00 p.m.
• Friday/Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Tumwater warehouse now open
