Lodging/hotel information
The state lodging contract offers lodging at significant savings for state travelers.
How do I reserve a room?
Reservations may be made directly with the hotel at no cost.
What if the hotel has no rooms at the published rate?
Occasionally a hotel will be full. If a contract hotel can't provide a room, you can use an off-contract hotel. Many hotels honor a “government rate.”
Are state travelers required to stay at contract hotels?
No, the lodging contract is a convenience contract. Contract hotels offer superior pricing and meet ADA requirements.
Are the room rates guaranteed?
Yes. Just say, “I would like to book on the state of Washington contract.”
Can Washington Purchasing Cooperative members use the lodging contract?
Yes.
