Book a fleet operations reservation

Reservations can be made:

 

Note that you must be registered to use the online system.

  • First-time users must be authorized and registered by your agency transportation officer (ATO).
    Contact us if you need help finding your ATO. 
  • Once registered, use your HRMS number to access the system.

The online reservation system is available anytime; however the vehicle pick up time must be during our hours of operation.

 

Vehicle types and rates

See short-term rental rates for the following vehicle types:

  • Mid-size sedans
  • Hybrid vehicles
    Fleet operations has Toyota Prius hybrids as well as Honda Civic hybrids.
  • Station wagons, passenger vans, and cargo vans
  • Sport utility vehicles
    Fleet operations has a limited number of Ford Escape hybrids for use
  • Accessible van
    Fleet Operations will arrange the rental of an Accessible van if requested.  *Must request at least two weeks in advance.

 

 

Vehicle pickup and return

Picking up a vehicle

To pick up the vehicle, you must have a valid driver's license.

Returning a vehicle

  • Vehicles returned before 8:30 a.m. will not be charged for that day.
  • Return with at least 3/4 tank of fuel. If not, a $10 charge will be assessed.  A fuel card is provided by fleet operations.
  • When possible, return vehicle inside the fenced area.
  • Return keys to dispatch and notify them of the parking space number.
  • After hours, use the night drop.
