Authorized customers may submit motor vehicle requisitions over the Internet. To order a vehicle, click on the make/model desired to pull up a vehicle requisition form for that vehicle. Factory Order Cutoff Date - Final Day for submitting 2008 Vehicle Order to the factory for production. Orders submitted by March 31, 2008 will be guaranteed production. Any order placed after March 31, 2008 will be submitted on a "Will Try" basis only, and may not be produced if the plant has reached its total production allocation. After factory order cutoff dealers may also have limited contract vehicles in stock, available for immediate delivery. Vehicles currently available are listed on our In stock vehicle page.
"Choices Award" A secondary award made to the dealer bidding the lowest overall cost for a different make/model, provided that cost is within 1% of the overall lowest cost primary award. It is up to each customer to make the final purchasing decision as to which vehicle is the best buy for their application and budget. Vehicle may be selected based on price, required options, fuel economy, standardization, delivery time, warranty, previous experience, safety ratings, published reports, and/or other factors.
Authorized Customers
- State Agencies, Colleges & Universities are authorized to use these contracts.
- Political subdivisions and non-profit corporations of Washington that subscribe to the State Purchasing Cooperative (SPC) may also be eligible to purchase as indicated under each vehicle category. Call (360) 902-7415 for SPC membership status if unknown.
- Political Subdivisions of Oregon that subscribe to their cooperative may also be eligible to purchase as indicated under each vehicle category.
