Remodel & repair services
The Department of General Administration provides services on a reimbursable basis. Any basic service ahead of or outside the regular schedule or additions to facilities assets such as new light fixtures, additional electrical sockets, etc., are considered reimbursable. The following services are among those charged back to the customer and require a work request authorization from that customer:
- Office remodel/alterations
- Electrical outlet relocation
- Interior/exterior modifications
- Interior and exterior signs
- Non-scheduled painting
- Floor covering installation
- Finished carpentry and cabinets
- Interior pest control services
- Interior lock installation, repair and re-keying
- HVAC modifications/Mechanical fabrication
- Cleaning of private offices and work stations
- Carpet cleaning in office areas
- Special project work
- Special grounds maintenance
