Mail Supplies Ordering - Frequently Asked Questions

How will I be billed?

Envelope orders will be invoiced monthly and sent to the agency’s listed billing contact. Simply fill out and submit the electronic order form, no additional paper work is required.
 

Can I order other sizes?

Not at this time.  To make supplies available to our customers as rapidly as possible, we limited our focus to the most popular size the ‘SF7’.  If demand is high enough, CMS may consider other sizes in the future.

 

Can I still order recycled or used envelopes?

Yes.  All other mail supplies that CMS has offered in previously are still available free on our supply order form.  To order supplies, simply indicate supplies needed on the electronic order form and submit your order.  CMS will deliver the supplies to your mail stop.

 

Do I have to pay for other mail supplies?

No.  Currently, only the new envelopes are being charged for.  All other supplies on the order form are available free of charge.

 

How quickly will they be delivered?

CMS will process and send the order out to you within 24 hours from receipt of order. Orders will be sent by accountable campus mail and will require signature upon delivery.
