Overview
Requests can be searched on based on "keywords" used in the request.  A result screen will be displayed based on the search parameters.

Access
From the Main Menu, under Search By located under the Create New Requests and Search By sections on the right side of the Main Menu.

General Features

• Provides request searching for keywords used in the request for Standard or Vehicle requests.
• Date fields are validated for correct dates and ranges.

Standard Requests - Requests will be searched for the keyword appearing in the description, category or sub-category fields.

Vehicle Requests - Request will be searched for the keyword appearing in the Vehicle Type, Make or Model fields.

Keyword Search  By menu option:

1. Select the Standard or Vehicle request type.
2. Enter a keyword you wish to search by.
3. Enter a valid Submit Date range.
4. Click Go.
