Overview
The Search By menu option provides the ability to search for Property Disposal Requests using a variety of options and displays a  result screen is based on the search selection.  Details for a specific request can be accessed from the result screen.

Access
From the Main Menu, under Search By located under the Create New Requests section on the right side of the Main Menu.

• Agency Use Only
• GA Authority #
• Agency Authority #
• Submit Date

Date fields are validated for correct dates and ranges.

Search By:

Error message example for invalid date range.

1. Select the Submit Date radio button
2. Enter a valid date range
3. Click Go

The following screen will appear with the search results. 

To review a request, click the icon for the request you wish to review.

Click on any of the screen headings except View and Lines/Vehicles to sort the results based on that heading.

1. Select the Agency Use Only radio button
2. Enter a valid date range
3. Click Go

The GA Authority # is the number assigned to the property disposal request when GA Surplus Programs approves the request.

1. Select the GA Authority # radio button
2. Enter a valid date range
3. Click Go

The GA Agency Authority # is the number assigned to the property disposal request by the requesting agency for tracking or identifying the request within the agency.

2. Enter a valid date range
3. Click Go
